If you have money to buy drugs, why are you on welfare? If a person is receiving government funding, why shouldn't the government be concerned about where their money is going? Would one prefer the government fund a drug habit because of some legal loop hole?

I dont see anything wrong with drug testing them. I dont see any violations and i dont know wht the big deal about it is
