This cropped photo shows an African American man holding the idiomatic "Race Card" however, "The Card" has been pulled all ethnicities. The question is, how often is it pulled, which race tends to use it most often and when is it appropriate to pull it?

While there is not one race that is innocent of this...black people tend to pull the race card out the most.

ReplyDeleteHow do you know she's white? Talk about a knee-jerk racist reaction on your part! In fact, you just officially pulled the race-card. I believe the woman above you simply stated a pretty widely- held consensus. The race-card pulling title is definitely held by black Americans. Stating a fact about an ethnic group does not make one a racist. She didn't say she hates black people or claim they're inferior in some way. Instances of clear cut racial discrimination is a completely different thing. This is referring to people claiming racial discrimination on a whim regardless of actual facts surrounding the matter, or in a cowardly effort to discredit someone's character. They are two TOTALLY different things. One is justified, the other is petty, childish and irresponsible.
