Affirmative Action

If one loses his or her job to another based on race, isn't that a form of racism? Having said that, doesn't that technically make Affirmative Action a legal form of racism? So the real question is, is Affirmative Action a good idea? Or is it just a good idea in theory?

The "Race Card"
