At what point should society step in and act on the behalf of a person's best interest? Or should we sit back and let this woman eat herself to death?

11 Month Old Weighs Over 60lbs
Are these parents feeding their child with love? Or just love feeding their child? According to the CDC, a child at this weight should be between the ages of 7 - 8 years old. Which begs the question, how morbidly obese can a parent make their child without being held accountable for medical neglect or child endangerment?
