It's moments like these that make you question Police power, but shouldn't we really be questioning Police training and abilities instead of their power? When you consider what Officers deal with on a daily basis, was the Trooper really wrong asking her to open her jacket to confirm her pregnancy?

The Death Penalty
What drives us to believe one way or the other? Is it our moral, political or religious compass? Which has more baring on our stance? And, should we consider it "An eye for an eye"? Or should we view people eligable for the death penalty as a burden on society that should be eliminated?
